Dear Parishioners,
May month of Mary. All sincere Catholics have a special devotion to Mary because she is the mother
of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. He certainly has the best of mothers because God graced her with
unique divine blessings. On the cross Jesus gave her to us through John when He said: “Son behold
your mother – mother behold your son”.
If you wish to be faithful followers of Jesus, you must imitate her life in doing the will of God. She
said: “Let it be done unto me according to your word.” All of you, men and women, boys and girls
must learn and put into practice the virtues she exemplified, she whom the poet Wordsworth called
“Our tainted nature’s solitary boast.”
