Religious Education is an extension of the mission entrusted by Jesus, "Go teach all nations". Through Religious
education we assist the students to develop a personal relationship with Jesus through catechesis, through prayer and
worship, through Sacramental and Scriptural encounters, through the experience of community and service. Religious
Education is the lifelong and ongoing formation for each of us as Catholics into the Body of Christ. The parents, with
the assistance of the catechists and the entire faith community of Resurrection Parish, provide each student with

The RCIA program provides those individuals seeking membership in the Catholic Church through education, faith
formation, and prayer with the goal being the reception of the Sacraments of Initiation at the Easter Vigil. Interested

Young people in grades 9 - 12 participate in a variety of activities which provide spiritual, social, and service
opportunities. The group meets every Wednesday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. during the school year. Youth

Bible Study
Our weekly prayer service and Bible study meets each Tuesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm in the St. Joan of Arc

The pre-school program focuses on the spiritual, emotional, academic, social, and physical development of the child.
There are classes for potty trained 3 and 4 year olds from 9:00 a.m. until either noon or 1:00 p.m. in the parish center
from August until May.
